REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can request a refund within 7 days of making the purchase (from the day of purchase until 11:59 PM IST on the 7th day, inclusive of the day of purchase).

Please note the following conditions apply:

  1. No Refund Post 7 Days: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not be issued after this period.
  2. No Refunds on Renewals: Refunds are only available for the initial purchase. Subsequent renewals or additional subscription purchases are non-refundable.

Your subscription, along with all uploaded data, will be deleted upon requesting a refund, so please ensure you back up any data you may need.

REFUND PROCESS

To initiate a refund, please submit your refund request via email at support@outdocart.com. Once we receive your request, we will review your refund request. You will be notified via email or phone once the refund has been processed, provided it meets the policy criteria.

If you purchased the subscription or service through a partner, please contact the partner directly to initiate the refund process. The same refund conditions apply regardless of the purchase method, including what is covered and excluded by the refund policy.
